It goes forward, it goes backwards, it turns left, right, fires, and holds -- just like a good old-fashioned Big Trak, but this one is a new vehicle, with a Palm™ m505 Handheld for the programming interface and a BASIC Stamp 2 as the brain.

The BigTrak control pad emulator on the Palm, and the Palm-side serial communications routines were written by myself using the CodeWarrior Development Studio. The corresponding BASIC Stamp communication and control software were written with the standard Parallax BASIC Stamp Windows Editor V 1.33 (do not use version 2.0 Beta 1).
